UPDATE: Eagle-eyed readers have determined that it is, in fact, a Hall’s wrapper on the floor behind the cat.

No word on what’s next to the wrapper however, which is either a trilobite or a wayward shrimp.

The signing and slide show at The Urban Craft Center tonight was fantastic! Thanks to everyone who showed up for a great time, and special thanks to the lovey ladies at The Urban Craft Center for having me.

While the whole night was pretty wonderful, I was especially delighted by this:

Yes, Akihiro Kitamura, the star of The Human Centipede, came down to claim his own Human Centipede cat toy by Oh Boy Cat Toy.

Mr. Kitamura does not actually have a cat. but he later Tweeted a picture of his chihuahua with the cat toy, looking as bewildered as the rest of us.
