I figured out the padding in this one!!!
These are clothing meant for tall giant men who like wearing capri pants! I mean, if you put his head above the “shoulders” like it should be… and extended the torso to fit into the shirt and such and big long gorilla arms! The only part that fails for my theory is how high his pants are on non giant man… hence man-capris!
