You might remember an Alchemy project we started a while back for Knitted Knockers, an organization that provides free knitted prosthetic breasts to breast cancer survivors.

We chose two knitters to make the knockers, and in a wonderful coincidence, they’re both mailing out their packages today.

You know, when we do things like this, it’s kind of abstract. You know you’re doing good things. You know you’re working with good people. But it’s not until you see the finished product that you really understand how much these efforts impact people who need a little help and comfort.

It’s very moving. I feel very lucky that we can bring about things like this together.

So thank you to Knitted Wounded and Schiers Knits for these wonder jugs, and thanks to all of you who buy the ridiculous shit we sell in our Zazzle store, because that’s what funds things like this.

And now, back to the fuckery.
