I’m gobsmacked that nothing on this site was found to infringe on Etsy’s trademark. Nothing but their logo is trademarked then? Sounds like their entire rights department was DIY, too.
Awesome that there’s an article about Regretsy on the MSNBC website. What’s funny about the fail is that your name is in bold letters on the top of the main page, right where it can be seen by anyone and everyone, lol.
i had never heard of etsy until i stumbled onto regretsy and i’m sure i’m not the only one. i even bought several xmas presents from the site as a result. so etsy probably doesn’t want to find anything that infringes on their trademark. it’s smart business really.
You just have to love someone trying to be like you “Ann”…geez, you’d think they would get your name correct. They need to stop by here more often to see how it is all done!
