I have selected Julia at Twisted Shangri-La to make blankets for Project Linus!

Julia has promised to make at least 50 blankets for us, which works out to a whopping $4 apiece. It’s really unbelievable that people are willing to create so many beautiful things with so much love, and make little or nothing for their work. So thank you Julia, for making the most of the money we’ve raised for Project Linus.

I’d also like to thank Nikki at Tiny Airplanes, who has generously offered to create free labels for the blankets. That means the $100 I had set aside for this part of the project can go right back into the fund, putting us just a few dollars away from our next charitable project!

If you would like to suggest a charity, email me. I’m specifically looking for charities that solicit handmade goods as opposed to cash donations, but I’m open to any good cause.
