I don’t think these painting will save anyone or change their minds about sinning.
I only know of Heidi and Spencer through “The Soup”. Its a family bonding show for me and my kids. When I was in the hospital for two weeks last year, we’d watch and text back and forth. (thus ends a peek into Patty’s home life).
About the art: Heidi’s going to burn in hell for being a “veign celbrity” because she does what she does for the sake of the camera and all the attention… and the artist is a Palin supporter.

So from what I can gather from the paintings, Pugicorns are mythical creatures which reside in hell. They can be recognised by thier general pug like apperance, and are dressed in pink pyjamas, with a cape and single plush horn atop thier heads. Pugicorns live off the tears of thier victims. they lick thier victims toes until they are reduced to tears of laughter.

I have to agree with#69 nettlej: I’ve seen many
of this type and this lady beats them all – she actually has some brush control in her outlines,
a much better than the usual color sense, and heck! I’ve been a sucker for glitter since the age of three. You can actually see her technique improve in the Flickr! series.
That said, while worms don’t scare me, pugicorns do. Those are good guys? I thought they were mini-manticores. And what’s a good Baptist doing painting Our Lady of Guadalupe?

You know, I’m not buying it. It’s just too, too perfect a caricature of craziness. And I’m always a bit skeptical of “outsider artists” who have etsy stores, blogs, flickr accounts, and characterize what they do as outsider art (I’m of the opinion that if you understand enough about the genre to label it, you aren’t one). And all the emphasis on working at Chili’s in her bio blog. Just a bit too spot-on.

I’m leaning toward not fake. The art and ID on etsy could be faked (and the blog, and the flickr account)….but the videos linked above would then require her hiring someone to pretend to be Tammy. The videos were pulled from her own blog but still available through a fellow artist (George), which wouldn’t make sense if she were faking the whole thing….
Don’t know. Either way the violent-foaming at the mouth-angry-holier than thou-judgmental attitude plus glitter is sad and disturbing.
Not only does Vanessa’s photo look like Tammy, but the voice on Vanessa’s youtube channel (giving the hedgehog a bath) sounds like Tammy. (Read up for links.)

Tammi Rae is obviously a low-rent disciple, but I do want to say, in support of Ms Jenson, that lettering by using a paint brush is not exactly easy. Indeed, her paintings are pretty darn good for that whole “outsider art” œuvre and CHEAP TO BOOT!

Mostly I’m just relieved. The Flicker pages were amusing at first, but before long I started to feel uncomfortable–Tammi was either sick enough or slow enough that laughing didn’t seem quite right. Fortunately, now I can say, “Praise God and pass that glitter glue!” and leave it at that.

I only know of Heidi and Spencer through “The Soup”. Its a family bonding show for me and my kids. When I was in the hospital for two weeks last year, we’d watch and text back and forth. (thus ends a peek into Patty’s home life).

So from what I can gather from the paintings, Pugicorns are mythical creatures which reside in hell. They can be recognised by thier general pug like apperance, and are dressed in pink pyjamas, with a cape and single plush horn atop thier heads. Pugicorns live off the tears of thier victims. they lick thier victims toes until they are reduced to tears of laughter.

I have to agree with#69 nettlej: I’ve seen many
of this type and this lady beats them all – she actually has some brush control in her outlines,
a much better than the usual color sense, and heck! I’ve been a sucker for glitter since the age of three. You can actually see her technique improve in the Flickr! series.
That said, while worms don’t scare me, pugicorns do. Those are good guys? I thought they were mini-manticores. And what’s a good Baptist doing painting Our Lady of Guadalupe?

You know, I’m not buying it. It’s just too, too perfect a caricature of craziness. And I’m always a bit skeptical of “outsider artists” who have etsy stores, blogs, flickr accounts, and characterize what they do as outsider art (I’m of the opinion that if you understand enough about the genre to label it, you aren’t one). You know, I think she fooled me. There is a particularly kind of crazy that she represents, but those gentle souls generally paint on their walls and cars and old tires. I’m leaning toward not fake. The art and ID on etsy could be faked (and the blog, and the flickr account)….but the videos linked above would then require her hiring someone to pretend to be Tammy. The videos were pulled from her own blog but still available through a fellow artist (George), which wouldn’t make sense if she were faking the whole thing….
Don’t know. Either way the violent-foaming at the mouth-angry-holier than thou-judgmental attitude plus glitter is sad and disturbing.

Then they were saying that the book deal came first, and Random House did this site as a viral marketing gimmick. My favorite was that Regretsy was an experiment by Diablo Cody, and everything posted was fake.
