From the Mailbag

And speaking of homemade shit, look what we did last night!
Yes, we heard you. You were sick to death of the T-shirts, but you wanted to support our featured charity. So we’ve added several pieces of regretsybilia to the Zazzle store, so you can get your fuckery on!
We are at the halfway point for funding Ady’s donkey rescue via our Alchemy Fund, so the next $100 of revenue from these items will go directly to her.
And by the way, I got my donkey merchandise from Ady this morning, and I honestly cannot believe how wonderful it is. Everything from the packaging to the little extras and the thank you card, all handmade and so charming. Best $20 I’ve spent in a long time, not counting that hit of E I got off that guy in the parking lot of Joanne’s Fabrics.

Joanne’s parking lot has the best drugs.

Well OBVIOUSLY! Thus: Etsy. Ergo: Regretsy.

Oh yeah, and hee, say what cookie.

Ady is my second girl crush now. Her descriptions crack me up and her devotion to the donkeys is beautiful. Oh, and of course her product is some of the greatest craft fuckery on Etsy. High Five Ady!

has anyone checked to see if this has “officially” a meme yet or not? If it hasn’t I’m ashamed of teh internets.

I like when the sellers are good sports. I like that “Thank You Regretsy” photo with the donkey. I still don’t get her art–but that’s OK.

Coincidently, I just got back from my mailbox with a package from Ady. Now I’m off to open it…

Love the Regretsy stuff (how about a “Hurry Up and Shave” shaving mug?), love the Say What cookie, love the donkeys.
Screw Jo-Ann Fabrics and Michaels! In late 80′s Cali (north and south) Aaron Brothers Art Marts had the best weed and acid!

Am I the only one that thinks the say what guy looks like a zombie? Cheers to Ady! Anyone who loves animals as much as her, is alright in my book.

I got both my Al Green shirt and my donkey today! It’s like getting an early Christmas present. Well, actually, it WAS an early Christmas present.
My donkey is rockin’ it, too! I love Ady’s shop and I’m saving my pennies to buy my little dude a friend.
Gotta go shave, Al Green’s in town!
December 21, 2009 at 5:10 pm

I wish Tim would have waited to take the bite out of the African American Abe Simpson cookie before taking the photograph.
December 21, 2009 at 6:02 pm
Wow! I’ve never seen black folk get this much press on Etsy ever before! Go Say What fuckery!
December 21, 2009 at 8:40 pm
Ady’s postal packaging is so cute that I almost don’t want to mess it up! My package has little fuzzy donkey stickers all over it.
December 21, 2009 at 10:51 pm
I got my donkey this weekend. I can honestly say it is the best thing in my apartment. I can’t look at that thing without grinning from ear to ear

That cookie is pretty awesome. It looks like Teen Wolf.

My husband is a college professor. He has humbly requested a Cafe Press coffee mug that says “Know Question is To Dum”, so he can display it prominently during his office hours.

Oh, Helen – you listened! Thank you, dear. I will get my Regretsy shop on soon as I finish my 8th helping of green bean casserole. It’s snowing here in Texas and it’s simply whimsicle. Merry Christmas, you funny Jew!

Ady is my big sister, and I love her little donkeys and devotion to the animals. She is awesome- and I thank you guys too for helping her with her Donkey Rescue! There is goodness in the world!
